In commemoration of the birthday of the Hon. Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Mudashiru Àjàyí Obasa, Agege Local Government, led by Hon Abdulganiyu Vinod Obasa, organised an SME Training and Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program to equip the residents of Agege.
The empowerment program was particularly held to target small and medium-scale enterprise owners with the knowledge and relevant training to thrive in the economy and to fuel the growth of their business.
FYZ News reports that no fewer than 100 SMEs got the sum of N200,000 each as SME empowerment fund and POS Terminals.
The event was a gathering of who’s who in the local government, among whom were Chief Akinropo Charles, Chief Obisesan Akinola, Mrs Ibukun Ajayi and others
Born on 11 November 1972, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa is a Nigerian lawyer and politician who is currently serving as the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly. He is a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
